Selection - Unlike some companies, we
have no restrictive affiliation with any single
equipment source. Equipment specification and recommendations
are based solely on client need, regardless of
the final supplier. If this means reconditioned,
used, or new equipment must be substituted, we
ensure only the best installation personnel will
work on it. We maintain relationships with all
equipment vendors to ensure you receive the best
equipment for the job, not the best equipment "we
sell." |
•Mall
Programs - Allow property owners and
managers to turn CAM expense headaches and service
problems into revenue. Waste Professionals will
lease Dumpster and/or compactor pads from the property
owner/manager and directly bill tenants a weighted
share for their use of disposal facilities. Tenants
contact us directly with problems, CAM accounting
is eliminated, and rental income supplants what
