  How We Do It

Site Surveys - Manufacturing plants, distribution facilities, hospitals, and many other organizations have specialized waste-handling demands. Only an on-site survey, conducted by an industry expert, can discover savings opportunities through system design. Waste Professionals offers surveys as part of its program and also as a stand-alone service.

Optimum Sizing - Each location's needs are assessed to determine necessary service levels. Historically, many locations depend on recommendations from haulers to determine how much service they need - if they consider it at all. Savings often result when waste volumes are compared to industry standards, company benchmarks (square feet : cubic yards produced per store), and site surveys.

Optimum Pricing - All locations are bid out to obtain typical market cost, then compared against existing, stored price information and an analysis of costs for each location's service. Waste Professionals receives preferred pricing due to its purchasing power and market knowledge.

Contract Management - Hauling companies bank on their customers missing their convoluted deadline notifications for contract cancellation. Waste Professionals tracks them for you. We prevent rollover of existing, high-priced contracts and analyze and bid out locations with expiring contracts.

Consolidated Invoicing - Instead of receiving multiple invoices for each operating location, verifying each charge, policing price increase attempts, and ensuring purchase order use, our proprietary software automatically scans costs every month, then compiles a single, company-wide invoice. This reduces errors, administrative costs, and a host of associated soft costs.

Invoice Monitoring - During the bidding process and after the award, invoices are scoured for price increase attempts. Preserving costs based on market conditions provides you control over budgeting, ensures "cost creep" doesn't occur, and prevents your company from agreeing to unwanted price increases, fuel surcharges, billing surcharges, and other "puff" costs.
