Why Waste Professionals?
Having an expert on your side saves time and money. The complexity of the waste industry in today's marketplace makes it a sound and prudent business decision to have an industry expert on your team, an expert that can prove its worth in black and white.

How can you get better rates than if I do it on my own?
To start with: an existing client base already under our management, existing vendor relationships, leveraged bidding, industry knowledge and experience. Waste Professionals has many advantages it can employ on your behalf that are simply otherwise unavailable to you because you're not in the garbage business.

What do we do if there is a service issue?
Waste Professionals' objective is to eliminate your headaches when dealing with vendors and to provide fast results. Service issues can be addressed through our toll-free service number, email, or a call directly to your assigned Account Manager, or to the Account Management Team assigned to you.

How long does it take for you to pay the vendors?
Upon receipt of payment from your company, payment is issued within 30 days. All invoices are reviewed for accuracy upon their receipt, and those with errors are immediately contested with vendors. Until corrected, they are not paid unless authorized by your company or the Account Manager or Account Management Team.

Can we identify each location's costs for P&L statements?
Absolutely! Reports are customized to each client's needs and can be sent in invoices, emails, faxes, at any time and in any format requested. Reports can contain a variety of information to meet your requirements, from our SQL database.

What if we need a Dumpster for remodeling or a special project? Make one call and your Account Manager or Account Management Team will answer the request. Our database of market pricing eliminates the need for your location managers to spend time collecting quotes for service with which they may not be familiar.

How much control do I have over the waste program?
Complete control. Waste Professionals' recommendations are enacted ONLY with your prior approval. Your approval is either documented in writing or in the account notes and includes when a request was made, who made it, who took it, if a purchase order was required, and other important details.

Are you going to replace our current vendors?
Sometimes. We do our best to maintain existing vendors
as they know the location, staff, and existing problems.
However, if existing vendors cannot offer the right
services or meet realistic market rates, we may make
a change (with your prior approval) to maintain or
improve your service while reducing your costs.

What if I'm stuck in a contract?
One of the hardest things about escaping abusive hauler contracts is exit timing. We will perform an analysis on each contract in place to determine if, how, and how inexpensively it can be exited and present you with options. Upon your direction, we will proceed with any option you choose for your company. Waste hauling contracts are as well designed as insurance contracts because hauling companies have experienced almost every conceivable argument. However, that does not mean that there are not legitimate exits available to those with industry knowledge.

Why have I never heard of this service before?
Simple. Waste companies, processors, and municipalities
have no incentive to show you options because they
want to sell what THEY offer. For decades, waste companies
have carved up market areas by region and have used
their market power to limit your options. Even those
companies offering "national account programs" provide
a skewed version of the full range of options available,
since their service is pushed above all others without
regard for what is best and most efficient for the
customer. Learn more at this link to the Department of Justice Anti-trust

Who uses services like yours?
You'll be reassured to know you're not re-inventing the wheel. Almost every big-box retailer, chain store, national restaurant company, regional supermarket, Fortune 500 company, publicly-traded REITs, healthcare chain, and other national businesses use this service. Improvements in distributed office technology and database management have made services once only available to the largest of companies, available to mid-market and smaller organizations. Although different organizations produce different types and volumes of waste, the analysis required for developing the most efficient solution equally applies.
